Artwork
1:1 size ratio, all
documents should be supplied with a camera-ready art. Any cleanup /
typeset will be billed $50.00 per hour. To avoid any errors,
please send a printed copy of your art with your purchase order. E-mailed artwork is
accepted as a redrawn vector Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, EPS or PSD file
with all text converted to outlines. To reduce the chance of e-mail
corruption, please use a file compression program such as stufflt or
ZIPIT. Scanned images and faxes are not acceptable.
Please note approved artwork is required
before orders can be processed. If you require digital artwork

Proof
Paper Proof will be sent
by fax or e-mail, Delayed response will result in delayed production.
Production time starts after receipt of signed confirmation. Finish Proof: $60.00(G)
per colour per location plus price of item plus screen charges. Change
on finish proof $45.00(G)
Orders
All orders required via
fax or e-mail. Verbal orders will not be accepted. Confirmation of the
order with the exact size of the artwork will be sent. The date of order
begins on the date after we received the signed confirmation. We are
not responsible for printing error or deficiency after customer’s
approval .
Repeat
Order
$30.00 (G) set up for
exact repeat only.
Ink Colour
For ink changes within
an order add $20.00 (G) per colour change. Product colour changes are
available for minimum catalogue quantities only.
Colour
Match
We do a PMS color match
at a charge of $20.00 (G) the best matches will be achieved when
printing on a white product. For some reasons, an exact PMS colour match
cannot be guaranteed. We do not recommend color matching on coloured
surfaces, especially on dark or neon colors.
Payment Terms
All orders are FOB Promotrends Warehouse,
Markham, Ontario. Open Terms on Approved Credit.
We accept VISA and Mastercard.
Shipping
Please specify your
preferred method of shipment. Split shipments will incur a cost of
$15.00 (G) per location.
We are not responsible
for delay or damage by couriers.
Quantity
Less than minimum orders
are subjects to a surcharge of $60 and half of the catalogue quantity is
required. We reserve the right to ship and bill up to 5% over or under
the ordered quantity.

Lead Time
2 to 3 weeks subject

Rush service upon request, rush charges will be applied
Returns and Cancellations
All claims must be
submitted in writing within 10 days of receipt of goods. No merchandise
will be accepted without prior authorization and a return number issued
by the factory. All cancellations must be authorized by factory, however,
factory may be unable to comply once product is already printed.
